Impressive facilities, clean and big pools, friendly and helpful staff, nice climate, easy access, delicious food.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During our stay at Mason Pine, we were pleasantly surprised to find a mushola provided for prayer, which was a thoughtful addition for Muslim guests. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed the beautiful views of nature from the communal areas and balconies. The hotel also offered fun activities for kids and free tickets with shuttle service to a nearby public pool. Despite minor issues like heavy doors and missing amenities, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Mason Pine Hotel Bandung for a nice holiday escape.

the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was the perfect spot to relax, and the spa center was top-notch with a sauna and massage services.

The only minor issue was the room's lack of heated swimming pool, but the private facilities more than made up for it. the restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of choices, and the location was convenient with a nearby Aqua park.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff were the best aspects of this family-oriented hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both local and western food, and the large swimming pool with easy access from three sides was a hit with the kids.

The location is a bit far from central Bandung and there was no shuttle service available. The gym was also not available during our stay and the furniture in the rooms could use an update.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the amazing swimming and child pools, playground, and sports facilities. The wonderful view added to our pleasant stay, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the friendly staff made us feel at home instantly. Moreover, we had free parking and an included golf course as part of our play & stay package.

Located in Bandung Raya, this hotel is a great place for families with kids, as it has a waterpark and swimming pool right in front of the property. Guests can also enjoy golfing by green fields with the play & stay package. the rooms are clean and comfortable with great bedding, while the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offers plenty of options, and the Thai restaurant opposite the hotel is definitely worth trying.

The hotel needs to improve its food display or picture for the buffet and add more information about the dishes as a new normal procedure.
